It is possible to curve most of our Aluminium and Brass Stairnosings. Some designs are easier to curve and quite a tight radii can be achieved, however some of our larger products are difficult and only gentle curves can be achieved. A select few products can be roll curved, however most products must be cut into several pieces which are individually rolled and then welded back together. It is essential to get good quality templates made from a rigid material such as hard board or similar. All templates must be marked to show the top, the edge of the stair and which way is up.
A lead time of 3-4 weeks is typical for curving jobs.
